About Me

All of the therapies and services I offer are ones I’ve personally experienced and continue to return to in my own life. They’ve supported me through challenging times, including grief, anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress. Through them, I’ve been able to find moments of calm and steadiness, even when life has felt overwhelming, and to gently move toward a place of greater acceptance.

My journey has helped me to see the world, and my place in it, with more compassion, curiosity, and openness. It’s an ongoing process, one that continues to guide how I show up and connect with others.

I aim to offer a down-to-earth, supportive, and realistic approach to healing, always led by your unique needs, beliefs, and experiences. My intention is not only to support you in the moment, but also to empower you with tools and understanding that you can carry forward. Helping you navigate life’s challenges and continue your own lifelong journey of healing and growth, in a way that feels right for you.

I’ve undertaken in-depth theoretical and practical training and hold accredited qualifications in all of the complementary therapies I provide. I also have a Master’s degree in Psychology, which allows me to bring together a scientific understanding of wellbeing with approaches from modern energy psychology. Over the years, I’ve travelled, worked, and studied meditation in different parts of the world, including India and Bali, and I enjoy weaving these diverse perspectives into my work.

I’m particularly passionate about creating a space that feels inclusive, safe, and accessible to everyone. This has led me to undertake additional training in meditation for neurodiversity and trauma-sensitive mindfulness, so that each person can feel supported in a way that honours their individual experience.

I’m also a co-owner of the British School of Meditation, where I help deliver externally accredited meditation teacher training courses.

For peace of mind, I hold full indemnity insurance for each therapy I provide, as well as an enhanced DBS certification.

Outside of my work, I live in the beautiful Peak District with my partner, daughter, and our cat, Rhubarb. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and travelling—and I’m also an aspiring artist (very much a work in progress!).
