Meditation Course - Introductory Level

Do you feel yourself constantly tied up in mental chatter?
Are you feeling anxious or stressed and wanting to find ways to improve your wellbeing?

Have you tried practising meditation, but can't seem to stick to it?

My 5 week meditation course is designed to help you explore different styles of meditation and find ways to take you from overwhelm to an inner calm.
​
This course will help you to learn how to meditate and guide you to cultivate your own meditation practice to take forward with you. Each week we will explore a different style of secular meditation, helping you to develop your practice from scratch (or go deeper) and find different ways to help you find stillness and calm.
Meditations will include, Mindfulness, Mantra, Breathing exercises, Visualisation, Compassion practices and more.
Recordings will be sent following each session and the teacher will be avialable for questions in helping you to develop your meditation practice between classes.

Mid-Day Meditation Sessions - Online

Join us for weekly meditation sessions every Tuesday afternoon to help you tune into an inner calm and meditate in community with like minded people.
Each week we will explore different themes, and meditate in tune with the seasons, from the comfort of your own home (or workplace).
These sessions are not suitable for complete beginners - Previous experience of meditation is required to join these sessions.

Classes are offered on a weekly basis, with no need to commit each week. You can attend whenever suits you :)... however booking is essential.
